Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resources for various IT and digital projects.
  • Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency on project status and risks.
  • Leading project meetings and ensuring the smooth running of the project management process.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Supporting post-launch evaluations and lessons learned to improve project management processes.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT or digital project management.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for digital projects.
